Member Luncheons

The Chamber hosts a luncheon on the Second Thursday of every month, except February, June, July, and December. Meet in a relaxed atmosphere with Chamber members and community leaders while listening to educational and informative speakers discuss issues of importance to businesses and the community. Luncheons provide ample opportunity to network your business through interaction with other members and display your business' promotional materials. An RSVP is required.

Member Luncheon Marketing Opportunity

The North Hennepin Area Chamber of Commerce monthly luncheons will take on a new look in the fall of 2006 and now is your chance to help build the excitement and take advantage of the opportunities. You can expect to see a new sense of excitement and flare at the meetings with the addition of sponsorships, door prizes, and a greater focus on business information exchanging. Member Luncheon Sponsorship provides members with year long (July – June) marketing exposure at all luncheons with the opportunity to be a featured sponsor at one of the luncheons within the year. Sponsorship opportunities close on June 30 of the current fiscal year, for the upcoming fiscal year. (July – June).

Member Luncheon Sponsors have the opportunity to do the following at all luncheons within the year:

Place product/service literature on attendee chairs
Acknowledgement from the podium as a luncheon sponsor
Share the Sponsor table for displaying materials, literature, products, etc.
Invite guests. (Sponsor is responsible for the cost of additional guest meals.)

Member Luncheon Sponsors have the opportunity to do the following at one assigned luncheon within the year (luncheons assigned on a first come, first served basis):

The opportunity to collect business cards if you host a special prize drawing
Give a brief company presentation (two minutes).
Personally greet luncheon guests with Chamber Ambassadors.
You may display a banner or sign up to 6’ x 3’ (sign provided by your company)
Up to two luncheon tickets for one luncheon are included with sponsorship; please RSVP names
