Bulk Mailing Permit

Did you know the NHACC offers business members free use of the Chamber's bulk mail permit? Does your business use bulk mail? Have you thought about using bulk mail to increase your business? Would you like to learn more about bulk mail? If you answered yes to any of these questions, the NHACC can save you time and money. It will cost you $150.00 a year for a permit number, plus an initial $150.00 to apply for the permit.

Business membership in the NHACC entitles you to FREE use of the Chamber's permit. Bulk mail requires a minimum of 200 pieces of identical mail. You can use our permit stamp for pre-printed mail or have the permit printed directly onto you mail by requesting a copy of the permit prior to printing.

Visit the Postal Service to read instructions about preparing your mailing.

Obtain a pdf copy of USPS form # 3602-R.

Certificates of Origins

Many times a Certificate of Origin is required for products exported outside the United States. By filling out a Certificate of Origin, a shipper is certifying that the covered goods meet the rules of origin. The Chamber will place a seal and a signature on all completed certificates. This is a FREE service for our Chamber members.
