In the process, he has created over 2,500 marketing, business, communications and performance management solutions for the majority of the Fortune 500 industrial firms as well as a host of financial institutions and a large number of small and mid-size companies, many in the Twin Cities area.

Since his arrival, NHACC has built on its 4 decades of successful service by introducing various new initiatives to build jobs, help students, teach leadership skills and provide a higher level of business management skills resource, including CareerPilots, The New Teacher Welcome, The LeaderShip Academy, The LeaderShip Forum, The Manufacturers Consortium, The Northwest Quadrant Development Conference and more. Along with the Chamber’s Annual Scholarship Awards, State of the Cities, Star Student Awards and six exceptional committees including the NW Twin Cities premier business networking group (CNG), this is the place to be for creative, progressive and success-oriented organizations and individuals.
According to Steve, “Our job is to generate new business, enhance what already exists, reduce costs, streamline operations and save time. We know how to do it because we have done it well for ourselves and literally thousands of members and clients. We also know the solutions are different for every member – and this focus on your specialized needs is one of our hallmarks.
“NHACC is a driver and catalyst for improvement and action. It’s not enough to simply come up with an idea. We actually get things done. We help create and business and community growth throughout Brooklyn Center, Brooklyn Park, Maple Grove and Osseo, and for members from many other communities. We take great pride in being an indispensable extension to our member sales, marketing and networking efforts, whether they are for-profit or non-profit.
“We serve over 1,500 principals at 340 membership organizations. We have done this since 1971, but unlike other organizations who experience the same year over and over, we re-invent, evolve and lead as a matter of policy and attitude. If that were to be defined as a formula, it would be stated like this: Experience X Knowledge X Imagination = Performance.
“Our Chamber resources are applied to this question: What can we do to help you achieve maximum success?”
