New Teacher Welcome!Name: New Teacher Welcome!Date: August 21, 2017Time: 7:00 AM - 9:30 AM CDTWebsite: North Hennepin Area ChamberRegistration: Sorry, public registration for this event has been closed.Event Description:The North Hennepin Area Chamber of Commerce and its Business/Education Partnership are honored to introduce a very important new event designed to celebrate and recognize all new educators who join our area Chamber member schools. Our second annual event will cover the 2017-2018 school year.
The Chamber is committed to attracting, nurturing, recognizing and forming productive community alliances with those educators as both a fundamentally good business practice and also a vehicle to deliver a powerful message of true appreciation and support from all of our communities – local, regional, county and state. We believe it will reap enormous dividends for decades to come.
Success of this event will come only from the combination of dedicated Chamber and education collaborators, working in concert with local and regional media.
Our message to the teachers: Thank you for choosing education; thank you for choosing our schools; and that we hope they understand that business and community organizations in all four of our cities are prepared to support their efforts in a highly engaged and productive partnership.
