 Want to advertise a special offer for your business? Here is an inexpensive way to market your deals!

• 1. Advertise your offer with your logo and information for only $75.00 for an entire year (once a month for 12 months); no larger than 50 words.
• Advertise your offer with a full color ad that you produce: no larger than 100KB with maximum of pixel size is 600 pixels wide x 231 pixels high (72 dpi resolution)for only $150 for an entire year! (must be a horizontal ad)
• Just want to run one or two ads? Cost is $15.00 per ad (includes logo - no larger than 50 words) -OR- $25.00 per full color ad (pixel size is 600 pixels wide x 231 pixels high (72 dpi resolution)
  
• All files but be in .JPG format with a file size no larger than 100KB
• All ads must be pre-paid before HOT DEALS gets published

• Due Dates: Send the.jpg to Alex@nhachamber.com by the last Wednesday of the month in order to be published in the first Wednesday of the next month.

Newsletter Marketing Opportunities

The North Hennepin Area Chamber of Commerce publishes a monthly newsletter around the 15th of the month that features member news, committee/event updates, new member listings, calendar of events and much more. It is mailed directly to upwards of 700 Chamber member contacts with over 400 copies used to connect with prospective chamber businesses, for a distribution of about 1,100. There are various marketing opportunities available to North Hennepin Area Chamber of Commerce Members.

Newsletter Sponsorship

Quarterly Newsletter Insert - Cost $95 per 600 inserts
Details:

• You provide 600 8.5"w x 11"h printed inserts - can be double sided.
• Inserts can be black & white or color.
• Inserts must be prepaid
• Inserts must be delivered to the Chamber office the 1st of the month prior to desired publication - (Ex: January 1 for the February Issue). Check the Chambers online calendar (Event Type Deadlines - Newsletter) for the exact date.
• It is recommended that you call the Chamber office to make sure someone will be available to accept delivery.
• It is recommended to allow at least a 90 day window of opportunity until expiration.

This guide is designed and published annually to help strengthen the overall economic growth of our communities and provide awareness to the residents of the unique products and services offered by chamber businesses and civic organizations.
